Return Shipping: Customers may keep or dispose of the damaged product. No return of the damaged item is necessary. 

Processing Time: Once we approve the eligibility of the damaged item, we will process the replacement within 15 business days.

Notification: Customers will be notified via email once the replacement item has been shipped.

Exceptions

Non-Damage Issues: Items returned for reasons other than damage (e.g., dissatisfaction, wrong size) will not be eligible for replacement under this policy.

Damage After Delivery: Any damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse or mishandling will not be covered under this policy.
